Since 2004, I’ve held many roles—never fired, always intentional about what I wanted next. With each transition, I searched for more alignment, and in 2024, I had a powerful realization: even though I was happy in my role at a great agency, I couldn’t ignore the deeper pull for something more fulfilling.
At first, I questioned it—was it selfish to want joy and purpose in my work? Through reflection, study, coaching, and inspiration from voices like Liz Tran, Gay Hendricks, Steven Kessler, and Brené Brown, I came to understand it’s not only possible, it’s necessary.
I began searching for a career that would blend my passion for personal growth, human-first living, and meaningful service. Using journaling, meditation, and deep inner work, the answer became clear. Executive coaching wasn’t just a next step; it was the only step. And during my training at the IECL, I knew with absolute certainty: mentoring and coaching women is exactly what I’m here to do.
