Real-time support for navigating your life as it unfolds.
You can know yourself deeply.
You can understand your patterns, trust yourself, and have years of self-awareness behind you—and still struggle to hear yourself clearly when you're inside the thing you're trying to navigate.
Because there's only so much we can see from inside our own experience.
The Container gives you six months to navigate your life with someone beside you who can see from a vantage point you don't have access to while you're living it.
Not because I have the answers that you don't.
Because sometimes another perspective is what helps you hear your own.
Life happens in real time. Your support should too.
The Container is designed for the life you're actually living, not a predetermined version of what we think you'll need six months from now.
A decision you're making today might become irrelevant next month. A pattern you couldn't see before might suddenly become impossible to ignore. Something you've been working toward might finally happen. You might change your mind. Want something new. Outgrow something that once fit.
That's why The Container isn't built around a curriculum. It's built around your life.
Each part serves a different purpose, giving you ways to reach for support, perspective, reflection, or conversation as you need them.
-
We begin by getting oriented to your life as it is right now. Together we'll explore the season you're in, what's asking for your attention, the patterns shaping your life, and what you want from our six months together.
We'll also talk about how you tend to navigate change, decisions, uncertainty, and growth so I can understand how to best meet you in the months ahead.
-
30-minute conversations with no agenda. There's no need to prepare or recap. Bring whatever you're navigating that day: a decision, a question, something you can't quite see clearly, or something you want another perspective on.
-
A chance to pause before rushing toward what's next. We'll look back, connect the dots, notice what's changing, and integrate what you're learning so it becomes part of how you live, not just something you understand.
-
For the moments that happen between our conversations.
When something shifts, a decision can't wait until next week, you notice yourself slipping into an old pattern, or you want another perspective before moving forward, you can reach out in real time.
-
You'll also have access to my monthly group gathering, giving you another space to hear yourself more clearly and gain perspective alongside others navigating lives of their own.
-
We don't end by asking, "Did you achieve your goals?" We come back to the question underneath our work together:
-
We'll reflect on where you began, what changed, what you understand differently, and what you want to carry with you into whatever comes next.
